For business partners

Useful compute.
Shared value.
Build it with us.

Lorafield is developing managed compute installations that create value for the places hosting them.

We’re seeking partners to validate paid workloads, site designs, and the proposed host benefits: free home charging, approved V2G services, and useful heat at suitable commercial buildings.

Our starting point

A better return
on what’s already here.

Homes already have power, connections, space, and people ready for better energy technology. We’re bringing those pieces together.

01

Compute funds the first chapter.

Paid GPU workloads anchor the model. Revenue supports site operations and a clear host benefit: completely free home charging in exchange for following the agreed connection schedule. Our pilot will validate actual buyer demand, utilization, and the full cost of delivery.

02

Develop the site once.

Durable site agreements, validated operating limits, connectivity, local controls, and a repeatable installation process create a foundation that can outlast a generation of GPUs. Vehicle-to-grid adds another source of value where compatible EVs, bidirectional chargers, and approvals are in place. Battery storage can build on that foundation.

03

Make the benefits travel further.

Use existing distribution capacity more productively, within utility-approved limits. Pair new demand with controls that respect the home and the local network.

For commercial properties

Compute that works.
Heat that helps.

At suitable commercial facilities, we can recover heat from the compute system for hot-water preheating or building heating. We assess the building’s demand, the temperature available, and installation costs to identify a useful return for the host.

A shared system should create shared value

Measure the load.
Test the benefit.

We want utility partners to test whether carefully sited compute demand can make better use of existing infrastructure within approved operating limits.

The work should account for additional energy, local peaks, system costs, tariffs, and the actual ability to reduce or pause eligible workloads. Paying a host’s electricity bill alone does not establish a benefit for other customers.

Any territory-wide rate benefit is a research objective, dependent on net system costs and rate design. It is not a promised outcome of joining a Lorafield pilot.

Measure the headroom. Respect the peaks. Share the value.

Better, together

A place for
your expertise.

We’re looking for partners who want to help shape a practical, measurable pilot.

Utilities, co-ops & municipalities

Develop a measured approach to local load growth.

Territory selection, transformer and feeder capacity, operating limits, metering, tariffs, and shared-benefit measurement.
