Earlier submissions may include backup interests. Partner inquiries collect your name, email, organization, partner focus, territory, and message. Property inquiries can also include property type, the sender’s role, and heating or hot-water use. Privacy requests collect your name, email, and request.

How the information is used

We use these details to assess potential pilot areas and homes, review partnership opportunities, respond to inquiries, and handle privacy requests. Submitting a form records your consent to that contact; it does not enroll you in a hosting contract or authorize unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible to the site operator and service providers needed to run the site. The website does not publish your submission, sell it, or send it to advertising platforms. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service.

Technical information

This site uses no advertising pixels or marketing analytics. The charging calculator runs in your browser and does not submit its inputs. Form requests use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abuse; the application does not save a raw IP address with your inquiry. The hosting platform may use essential session or access cookies, where required for access or service operation.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw permission for follow-up, using the form below. We may need to confirm your identity. Information is kept as needed to evaluate and respond to inquiries, operate the pilot-interest list, and meet applicable obligations.

Please don’t send passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information. A future hosting program will have additional notices covering equipment, energy, and charging data before you enroll.
